The filter bag is the key part in the operation process of bag filter, the filter bag has excellent chemical stability and heat resistance, it is a kind of excellent performance in common filtration material, and it achieves high level in filtration efficiency and filtration precision. 

Dust is attached to the outside surface of the filter bag in the pulse dust collector of the air box. When the dust gas passes through the filter, the dust is trapped on the outside surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas enters the inside of the filter bag through the filter material. The inner cage of the filter bag is used to support the filter bag and prevent the filter bag from collapsing.

The filter bag is usually a cylindrical filter bag suspended vertically in the dust collector. When installing filter bag, do not collide with hard object, hook is scratched, even if it is small scratch, also can shorten the life of filter bag.

In the process of using the filter bag production, should be a month or according to the production operation to check a filter bag, bag cage, flue, etc., if there is a filter bag breakage, paste bag, air leakage, cracking and other abnormal situation should be handled in a timely manner.
